Wrapping Everything Together

Looking back at the beginning of this course has been challenging, from working in my first year as a teacher to studying for this master's degree. I am launching a new program in continuing education, whether credit-bearing, which presents an exciting opportunity for my life.

I love and enjoy working with my students and teaching the Dual language program, with the responsibility of teaching two languages, developing bilingualism, biliteracy, and development as much as possible in my learners, and providing students environment with an enriched education. Adding to that, the challenge I felt at the beginning of the DLL program was whether I could make it possible, performing like new in both areas ( educational and professional ).

That first semester of the DDL program in the EDLD 5302 and 5305 courses was an eye-opener of the program. As we discussed technology, C.O.V.A, growth mindset, ePortafolio, and significant learning environment, I saw all the goals I had missed coming closer for fear of not trying. The successes were primarily anecdotal. But the semester, my classroom and fixed mindset started to take on a new focus. I learned many things, but one specific stuck out to me then. How do I create “Develop a Growth Mindset “This is important because it can actually change what you strive for and what you see as success. I change the most profound meaning of effort by changing the definition, significance, and impact of failure.

We must believe anyone can be anything with proper motivation or education, even when things are not going well. Above all, this mindset permits me to thrive during challenging times.I have always known that creating a positive environment is necessary to help students learn and grow. Therefore, I felt very connected to EDLD 5305. I learned that teachers who are considered innovative are connected to the world around them. These connections can be digital, community-oriented, and oriented toward professional development. In other words, teachers experimented, solved problems, and made decisions using technology.

I began to understand how to improve teaching through simple learning, and I can make it innovative. A teacher's Innovation is not just doing something new; it is thinking of new ways to improve a product, a method, or an idea building quickly and improving and getting excited every course when I can implement and learn unique aspects or technology skills.

EDLD 5302 let me discover the idea of looking at learning from holistic perspectives from C.O.V.A to C.S.L.E. I get a significant learning environment perspective. I was taking into consideration all key elements essential to obtaining a practical learning experience. In each program, I developed my knowledge and skills to improve this specific EDLD 5313 gave me great resources to increase. The education field needs new ideas for teaching to create better engagement. Building a significant learning environment is fundamental to the success of our students. It is necessary to grasp the new culture of a learning concept. Douglas Thomas states: “I learned three important fundamental elements about a new culture of learning, those are passion, imagination, and constraint.” As part of an organization, I firmly believe that teachers must facilitate a space in the classroom where our students can find passion in their daily activities to connect it with a purpose, where theory meets practice and imagination ties up with real-world experiences.

As a teacher, I firmly believe creating a significant learning environment will contribute to students' success by facilitating them with the tools to embrace changes. In other words, in the traditional view of teaching, information is transferred from one person (the teacher) to another (the student). I always will be willing to take risks to make a difference in an excellent way to help those kids that can not help themselves, to have the power to influence and inspire our youth, can create and innovate as much as we can. The emphasis is in our hands. Managing an innovation portfolio is an exercise in good judgment, exploring, and developing innovative insights.

I have learned so much from this course that I can carry into the classroom and help my students learn better. Technology in our world is advancing rapidly, and students need to be exposed to this so they can grow with the world and stay caught up. I will continue to incorporate technology in my classroom with my students. This can further advance their learning. I will also continue to use the knowledge and information I have gained from this class in my classroom with my students. This class has been very beneficial not only to myself but my current and future students. I am excited to motivate my students by creating an atmosphere and environment that is both enjoyable to them and a place where they desire to be, knowing that the learning they can intake is endless. A significant learning environment is vital for our students, and our future generation.
