Contribution to your Learning and your Learning Community

This reflection makes me go to where this dream began and where I am now. I remember when I came to this country. I had no professional goals, and the most significant barrier was the language. I only knew a little English when I arrived. I am working in my first year as a teacher and studying to reinforce my learning in the EDL Degree program.

Reflecting on the beginning of this program, I was terrified to think how I could make so many assignments so frequently. This course makes me feel grateful for all the knowledge that let me every week. The contributions to EDLD 5303 I developed my ePortfolio when I began the ADL program. My initial thinking was what it was and how I would create this. I had never made one before, and I knew a portfolio was a safe place to keep my work where it would be easily accessible to my professors, my collaboration group, and myself. I wanted to make it possible. As I began to add more content and review the ePortfolios shared by others, it reflected my thoughts and philosophy about digital learning and of myself as a learner.

As I reflect on my learning and contribution to my learning community, I must continue improving every assignment using the correct key learning. For EDLE 5303, I succeeded in leading technological change in my learning environment. I completed all of the course readings, videos, and support. During this course, I joined a collaboration group with Adonay Briceno daily. We collaborated on Zoom, shared information through email, shared other ePortfolios, and commented on each other’s posts in the discussion group. Also, I created a wasap group including rosmery vera and Lourdes zarraga. This was a great experience sharing innovation experiences, supporting collaborative work with as many possible resources, and participating in the discussion. In addition, we collaborate on the blog post and assignments for both classes. For this time, I had a clear vision of what I wanted and what I need improve from my ePortfolio, and what I could do better for my following courses.
