Action Research
Design Outline
I have chosen a research topic that I have been researching and planning since the beginning of my master’s program. Blended learning allows students choice, ownership, and voice through authentic learning experiences. I will implement the blended learning approach to develop reading skills in my second grader's bilingual program. As I developed my Action Research Project Plan, the Why Process document has been instrumental in researching what could be researched. The Action Research Design Development document shows my Literature Review's direction.
Below, I have included links to each element of my Action Research process.
My proposal invites you as a stakeholder to take part in doing something great that will benefit students and the learning community as a whole. The innovation proposal is based on the needs of the students of my organization. Please take the time to read my letter to get a better understanding of why blended learning is what is needed to move our students to 21st-century learners.
This Implementation is based on the proposal created to reinforce the reading level, Incorporating, monitoring, and developing through the phase. This is the course of action I have outlined. I aim to have this plan fully piloted and implemented by spring 2024.
My literature review focuses on developing reading skills opportunities through blended learning, an important teaching strategy. It is a growing trend in technological development and mixed learning. This learning has many significant methods, educational technology, online teaching, and learning is a way to teach and learn. Blended learning in conjunction with intervention time would have effective positive results for students.
