Publication Rough Draft

The topic of my post is improving reading by implementing blended learning models. In my article, I will provide some combined learning strategies to implement, make the blended classroom more successful, and techniques to improve struggling readers. In addition, the growth of technology in education improves accessibility for all students regardless of their reading needs and acquiring new tools for learning.
Why is Blended Learning important in the learning process?
Blended learning allows incrementing and improving knowledge as much as necessary. Improving digital tools to create robust understanding and support straggler readers with different digital resources will make a positive blended learning environment. For this reason, students become demotivated when they notice that their reading level is low compared to their grade point average for their grade.
One of the solutions to this problem is to use blended learning in schools to help students advance in their academic areas. Using it correctly maintains an environment of collaboration and motivation. For example, a station rotation setup uses small groups for teacher-led instruction, online learning, collaborative activities, and offline learning.
By writing this post, I hope educators will become inspired to incorporate blended learning into their daily learning environments to increase adequate intervention learning plans to support struggling readers. This information will help teachers and guide them in using this method in their schools. It will also help the community in the school district as schools will be able to implement this blended learning model. In addition, students will benefit when they can use reading and show their daily progress. Finally, this information will help the community to improve their schools to learn and acquire more strategies in the learning process.
The connection to the innovation plan
There is a connection between my article and my innovation plan. I have been working with and polishing those students that are not at their corresponding level for many reasons, and I consider blended learning a positive resource to improve them in their own space and advance their reading level at the rate that works for them to advance more quickly.
Motivation in the classroom is the key to success.
This learning approach is an effective way to teach students by offering them choice and ownership. Their learning should be dynamic, engaging, and flexible in any blended learning classroom. Technology should be incorporated with purpose and fit into a more effective learning design that places personalization as a top priority. Motivating and engaging students is one of the keys to reaching the goal in the education field. “When schools design the right blended model plan for students’ perspective, they feel that school aligns well with the things that matter to them, students show up to school motivated and eager to learn” (Horn & Staker, 2015, p. 137).
Using this effective station rotation model, teachers design a plan to improve and implement the strategy for teacher instruction with student exploration and application of new content to learn. Segments of the intervention plan selected to occur either in the classroom or online to maximize time use and enhance the learning experience. Throughout each learning phase, students are consistently assessed using various methods to help teachers gauge student understanding and skill development. This results in a comprehensive learning experience that uses multiple modalities and formats, which all students can access regardless of age, ability, or access to technology and additional resources to support their learning.

Describe your digital resources and technology
We will include the following digital resources: smart boards, Ipads, and Chromebooks, and we will use MyOn and Nearpod as reading platforms. The digital resources will be used in the small group with the students to implement the blended learning models. Also, the reading resources will help students choose the books they are interested in reading and at their level. Finally, by using these resources, teachers can track their progress to determine where each student needs improvement to reach their goals.
CONCLUSION
Using Blended Learning and the station rotation model represents a fundamental shift in the learning model. The students can receive vital support and increase their learning earning to read. The development of this model, carried out in different stations individually, in groups, and under the direction of the teacher, generates a high motivation in students, which allows the appropriate environment. The use of technology accelerates progressive learning. The child is actively involved, engaged, and adaptable in the educational process.
To implement an effective blended classroom, it is essential to build positive Relationships. Each station will allow children to receive guidance, build their learning and turn it into a practical experience that leads them to advance in their daily life and environment.
