Contribution to your Learning and your Learning Community

This reflection makes me go to the beginning of where this dream began and where I am now. When I think about years ago, I remember when I came to this country. I had no professional goals, and the most significant barrier was the language. I only knew a little English when I arrived, which stopped me in my professional development But now things are different. I am working in my first year as a teacher and studying to reinforce my  EDL Degree program.

Reflecting back on the beginning of this program, I was terrified to think how I could make so many assignments so frequently  Now, This course makes me feel grateful for all the knowledge that let me every week. The contributions to EDLD 5313 have helped me keep me going with a growth mindset and confidence. I generally get up when I have e fall or the grade score is not what I expected. I believe success comes from hard work, ability, and effort. I am doing well in my first educational program.

As I reflect on my learning and my contribution to my learning community, I must continue improving in every assignment using the correct key learning. Therefore, I am giving myself an 86 out of 100. For EDLE 5313, I succeeded in leading technological change in my learning environment.  I completed all of the course readings, videos, and support.

During this course  I joined a collaboration group with Adonay Briceno every day We collaborated on Zoom, share information through email, and commented on each other’s posts in the discussion group, also I created a wasap group including rosmery vera and Lourdes zarraga this was a great experience sharing innovation experiences, supporting as a collaborative work as much possible resources and participated in the discussion we collaborate in assignment for both classes. For this time I had a clear vision of what I needed and what I need improve from my ePortfolio and what I need to do better for my next courses.
