The implementation process started with effective professional learning, where I developed the why, what, and how. Later, I worked on developing and understanding how the five principles of learning are applied and ended this first part with a video call to action. The Second Planning Activity Part of this process will use The professional learning Scheme to Create a PL, a 3-column table to develop the target audience for my professional learning course. The combination of traditional learning and the growth of technology has been with the ability to accommodate every learning resource in every student providing the students with the tools and necessary resources for a range of essential skills. The blended learning model facilitates learning accessible and personalized learning pathways for each student promoting deeper learning and increasing students' satisfaction.

Later I set the which took much more time and care since it must be done in detail and linked to resources. In developing the asynchronous PL course, I laid out a map by creating my timeline for PL pre-production from my plan outline. I have finally implemented a blended learning plan.

To have a crucial conversation with dialogue, I first need to know WHY I am having it. The start of the change is me, and the only person I can control is myself, so I need to focus on my thoughts before I bring them to the table. The first step of the process is to start with the heart – to think about what I want. Once I have done that, I will look carefully around me and within. “What are we talking about? Has this become crucial? Does everyone feel? As Educator is constantly working with others in their professional relationships creating development to improve strategies in the classroom to ultimately benefit the teaching and learning that occurs at the school. Professional associations can lead to many positive behaviors:

-
Active classroom participation
-
Prompt completion of work
-
Exhibiting a positive attitude
When practiced consistently, these three dispositions related to effective communication for educators influence behaviors toward students, families, colleagues, and communities. Additionally, they may positively affect student learning and achievement, motivation and development, and the educator’s professional growth. Through Crucial Conversations, we learn how to see issues through the lens of our collaborators, make it safe to have a dialogue on important issues, work more effectively as committed team members, and problem-solve in ways that reduce barriers.

We can only turn the talk into action as we make good
decisions TOGETHER (Patterson, Grenny, McMillan, & Switzler, 2012). The key to having a crucial conversation is simple but easier said than done – listen and speak respectfully.
Change Myself
Change begins with me. I need to pilot the change so others can trust it. Can I lead others to change? Leaders must speak to the heart, figure out what they want to change, influence their followers, execute their plans, and have deliberate conversations with others.

The five keys principles of effective PL
To cultivate healthy relationships with the audience, we need to build strategies that allow us to have good relationships. This relationship requires empathy and harmony to achieve permanent development. As educators, we model ethical behavior and establish professional relationships alongside our teaching. You positively influence colleagues and students

Call to Action
Teachers need the knowledge to transmit it to their students; effective PL requires that tools are pointed at helping students grow their knowledge. Furthermore, in these challenging times where closeness and coexistence are changing, people, including students, generally seek more independence. The essentials for professional learning include continuing training, teacher support, active and engaged education, modeling and coaching, and differentiated content.

We know there is more, but we are so tired from the “whirlwind” it is difficult to do more if we are required to eat one “happy meal” after another. Ongoing, focused, disciplined professional learning is equivalent to time to reconsider how we are “doing” Professional Learning. Unless our methods are effective, organizations are wasting time and money most of the time. At a time when teacher morale is low, and budgets are being slashed, we simply cannot afford to continue wasting time, energy, and money on ineffective professional learning. It is time to implement a new way to train our teachers: balance and progress.

Influence is powerful in creating change, but it needs to be used effectively. After targeting the heart, to change behavior, a leader must create a desired result, identify vital behaviors and organizational influencers, and use the six sources of influence to increase the chances of success.
If I want to be successful in my change efforts, I can be a leader and guide my team through conversations about what matters. Confrontation can be intimidating, but vulnerability lies where effective communication lies. I must be active and active.
To lead a thriving discussion section, I need to implement its learning goals, plan class meetings and assignments to help students achieve those objectives, and su[pport teachers to implement the new strategies. If we are using equipment or a particular classroom arrangement, test the equipment or familiarize yourself with the room in advance.

The schedule and timeline are at the BHAG daily, with resources necessary for each instructional activity to complete the goal—priorities and directions so that the most critical tasks are cleared out of the way first. Better time management, improved communication, and motivation implement the Time management are essential to help prioritize and increase productivity. Good time management also makes one more intentional about investing time in the professional day.
Presentation and Resources
To conclude, I created Google Slides that I will use during my PL session and share with our magnific team members. Also, I will implement a PL Feedback Form.

Reading and Reflection
In this course, I learned how to evaluate the challenges with exciting PL, also furnishing in the essential process of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge, and experience we gain both formally and informally. In addition, this professional learning outline gives detailed information to generate a solid structure to implement a significant learning experience. Good teachers are better at teaching students effectively. Teachers with access to continuous learning opportunities and professional development resources are better equipped to become good teachers. Through this course, teachers will have the chance to be active participants, putting COVA approaches and collaborating into practice.
