Why, How, What.

Positive classroom culture is one of the essential elements of a thriving learning environment. As a teacher finding the ruth place and correct resources for their students' actions and emotions are connected to the moment to do or learn something new. According to ( Kotter 2013), creating a sense of urgency builds a foundation for change.

Therefore, if you believe in something and think it is urgent, the change will be effective if it is implemented correctly.

WHY The purpose:

I firmly believe as a teacher, I can address gaps in a child’s knowledge and barrier to their progress. Providing resources and support information, I consider Designing this intervention plan to promote a change in my 2nd-grader students by providing the resources to prepare and improve the learners to their corresponding level, making things happen efficiently and effectively as soon as possible.

The purpose of creating and implementing this intervention plan is to improve the reading level of my second-grade students  ( newcomers and low-level readers),

They were allowed to increase their reading, writing, and study skills at their corresponding grades. But, according to Kotter (2011), if we want to be heard and have our audience respond, we must target their hearts before their brains. For that reason, I must stay clear in my long, and short-term learning objectives for the student carrying out the plan created that allows the  students to meet those objectives.

When I wake up in the morning, I know that I’m going to a job that I am passionate about. I am making a difference. I tell my second graders to find a career they enjoy and are passionate about, which will never feel like a “job.”

HOW The Process:

To do this, I have created a significant learning environment to assist the students struggling with reading by intervention plan. I have created this plan to help my students struggling with reading to the intervention plan, and I would do it to stop and prevent future reading failures in my organization. This idea inspired me a lot to be a good leader and inspired the rest of my second-grade team a goal to achieve and implement. This strategic plan and move-up generated a positive change in our organization. as necessary, focusing on positive educational strategies and growth.

As a teacher, I will provide instructional support using the response-to-intervention framework, and it helps motivate and sustain ongoing efforts to cope with positive effects on their learning.

To connect building is the foundation of our teacher role. Our leadership team has changed our hearts. ( Kotter,n.d.) Also, the leaders in this organization are the main ones connecting, giving support, and creating a possible environment that influences the contribution to the effective learning environment.

WHAT the result

One of the most effective ways to inspire with enough practice can inspire others of a great leader. I am building with my students and working on their reading skills daily with the related resources to improve their reading skills and make effective learning. As a teacher, I am creative by leading others in every role to the best practice and using technology in meaningful ways in my innovation program, specifically the blended learning model of instruction, which is the best option for bringing learning to as many students to transform live and make society more inclusive for all.

Adding to one crucial aspect of this intervention program is based on consistency, making sure that teachers and organization leaders can help and provide great experiences. for all involved in this successful intervention plan. In addition to being data-informed, this intervention plan is measurable and time-bound. I  want a straightforward way to measure if the student is progressing and they are developing to get their achieve.
