Project
Whenever I think about the person and student, I was when I first got back into the program compared to the person and student I am today. There are significant differences I can see and feel, especially in how I have been improving a growth mindset for my students and me. Reflecting on this last year and everything I have learned throughout my graduate journey, I had clarity on what I hoped to create at the beginning of the disruptive innovation plan to incorporate a plan to improve reading and develop skills to their corresponding level.
This action plan includes enhancing literacy through station rotation stages of developing my Innovation Plan. I found it exciting to create a This outline will help build a foundation of technology skills and be an extension of the current technology requirements students will fulfill in second grade—implementation outline. I completed much research on the benefits of implementing professional development/leadership. The purpose of the literature was to gain an understanding of the existing research and debate relevant to a particular topic or area of study and to present that knowledge in blended learning, which was detailed in my Literacy review contained research to support students by blended learning within the classroom and its benefits, as well as using and implementing the growth mindset in my second-grade learners was successful and allowing the learners to make helpful learning approach.
The importance of having a growth mindset at the adult professional level and its effect on one’s development in an organization cannot be understated. It is part of what inspired me to proceed with my Innovation Plan in my organization. COVA. In this day and time, the world of technology is continuously moving, growing, and changing. Information is readily available at all times with the internet and a click of a few buttons to have access. Connecting the ideas is an essential Part of this process that let me use The professional learning Scheme to Create a PL, a 3-column table to develop the target audience for my professional learning course. The combination of traditional learning and the growth of technology can accommodate every learning resource in every student, providing the students with the tools and necessary resources for a range of essential skills.

I am still in the beginning stages of my project. The plan will be carried out in 4 phases. Working out all the kinks and details in the first phase to move into the second phase, the planning has taken longer than planned. I have set specific goals for completing the project but have yet to be given or told to have specific completion. I still face challenges in attracting stakeholders to approve and convincing them to invest in my innovation plan. I plan to move to my organization's next phase to work on my innovation project more efficiently. Throughout this process, I have learned that knowledge and motivation alone are insufficient to push a plan to implementation. Success, or achievement, can be accomplished and measured in many ways. While developing the EDLD program, I understood how significant my contribution to my community through the innovation plan is.

I learned that limited resources are still available for implementing the station rotation model using blended learning in the primary classroom. Through my project, I hope to gather more resources for my participants so that they are successful and help make that critical shift in how we teach our students. I also learned that there is still so much we can learn, and new resources to implement through rotations are beneficial for developing their learning skills. While time management is vital, including my second-grade team was my most effective strategy during the implementation of the beginning phase. Speaking of outcomes, many of the continuous improvement plans or action plans have been implemented by team members, and the feedback from the team members and the broker/owner has been incredibly positive. This encourages me to look ahead, what we could be a year from now, and what impacts we will have made. It also meant an emphasis would be on implementing and beginning instructor professional development to implement the plan positively and beneficially to the organization.
