Instructional Design Overview
The combination of traditional learning and the growth of technology has been with the ability to accommodate every learning resource in every student providing the students with the tools and necessary resources for a range of essential skills. The blended learning model facilitates learning accessible and personalized learning pathways for each student promoting deeper learning and increasing students' satisfaction.
Technology has become more prominent in today's society. According to Bates (2016), the most basic type of blended learning model is technology engagement in the classroom.
My innovation plan's primary goal is to help students develop their foundational skills, which need to be at their corresponding level in reading. Learners will use all online resources available in the school combined with teacher support through blended learning models.
I will use the three-column table/UbD template I created. This plan will allow students to be capable of reading effort and move into their second grade. I compiled and adjusted digital resources to put the new blended learning design into positive practice.
One benefit of blended learning is that it provides a safer learning environment to increase student engagement by giving correct resources and opportunities for student engagement. The teacher must consider the perfect way for learners must align outcomes, activities, and assignments. As a teacher, I must carefully evaluate the learning environment and factors before creating significant learning goals.
The designed plan will have a positive impact on the students.
