The power of a growth Mindset Within the Significant Learning Environment
Develop a mindset I consider determination part of success; our intelligence and talents are all susceptible to growth.

I have a growth mindset that stems from overcoming challenges I have overcome. It is easy to say as an immigrant, but the language must still be fully mastered. So I had to learn to capitalize on my failure.
Therefore this program is moving me into a growth mindset, keeping me open to this challenge even if some days look hard. No matter how much intelligence I have, I can always change it substantially to get success and see progress in the educational area. Teaching students to comprehend, absorb and apply new concepts is challenging. Dweck C,(2016)p13

They can learn everything imaginable and focus on learning from mistakes recognizing that their learning is limitless and intelligence is not fixed.
In addition, they can develop their talents and abilities, see a growth mindset, and realizes that learning results from effort rather than natural ability. This helps learners understand that there is no such thing as "can't" because effort and persistence in hard work lead to success.
As a teacher, I am to promote and motivate my students whenever they need it. So instead of saying I am not good at this or do not know, they need to say “YET” at the end of the sentence and remember that challenges are learning opportunities. Learners with a growth mindset confront mistakes, process errors, learn from their mistakes and try to correct them (TEDx Talks, 2014).
Students with a growth mindset see failure as an opportunity to learn and try something new. Challenges can be a way to learn more about the world or stretch our capabilities. People with a growth mindset believe they can understand what they do not know. This helps learners understand that there is no such thing as "can't" because dedication and hard work lead to success.

When my students discover the meaning of a growth mindset, they develop greater resilience when struggling. They seek more learning opportunities and challenges with effort and positive behavior. I assist students in developing a deep understanding. Even if you are still earning your education degree, you can identify when students are flexible in responding to difficulties.
As a teacher, I am in charge of helping the students develop a deep understanding of the power of “ YET” my student's response to the poster has been positive. We promote the word “YET” into their everyday vocabulary and use it to encourage each other. They use “YET” when asked questions. They tell peers and others about “YET.” I printed a poster and put it accessible to view. To my surprise! One of my students every day she gives a little reminder that if they can’t make it today, “YET.” but keep trying.
In my classroom, I model the growth mindset in my words and actions and prepare my students to exemplify the mindset. A growth mindset is a lifestyle and an attitude, not a fad or an occasional experience. Therefore, the growth mindset must be appropriately implemented to be effective.
With motivational posters and grouped desks, teach a growth mindset through read-aloud, videos, and discussions. Recognizing growth mindset moments where I, As a teacher, can support students and help them change their perspective is crucial as a lifestyle and an attitude, not a fad or an occasional experience. The growth mindset must be adequately implemented with frequency to be effective in the classroom environment.
For me, the power of yet poster has been a powerful strategy that has amplified and supported the love of learning that we hope to instill in my students; such a simple reminder to persevere through the rough using “YET.” bright hope. Ignites and can-do attitudes create an encouraging environment. We must understand that the mind of growth is part of our life.
Having a growth mindset instead of obstacles choosing to challenges and improve to learn more than sticking in their comfort zone. As Teachers, we want to help students succeed and be positive and progressive in their learning. Therefore, we create a significant learning environment emphasizing an effective growth mindset.
